About me

Hello and welcome! I am a trauma informed therapist offering compassionate and culturally responsive support to individuals navigating complex life challenges. Over the past ten years, I have supported people from diverse backgrounds within community-based settings, creating space for the complexities of each person’s unique story.

I believe that healing is rooted in meaningful connection and begins with developing a sense of safety. For many folks, feeling safe enough to be open and vulnerable in therapy takes time. I strive to create a space where we can take that time together, allowing you to show up as you are, without fear of judgment.

I recognize that our lives are influenced by our cultures, faith, relationships, communities, and the systems we move through. As the eldest daughter of Punjabi immigrants, my own experiences have given me an intimate understanding of how these complexities shape our daily lives and how they endure across generations.

If you’re looking for a space where you can be your authentic self and begin your healing journey, I would be honored to hear from you. I welcome you to send me a message to book a free 15-minute call, where you can ask questions and get a feel for whether we’re a good fit.

Take good care,

Pooja
