Do you feel sad all the time?  Sometimes you wake up sad, and you don’t even know why.  You don’t want to feel this way, but you feel trapped because you see no way out of this dark place.  You don’t feel like going out with friends and doing the stuff you used to enjoy.  You have been to doctors and/or counsellors.  You’ve researched online how to fight depression.  But you’re still struggling.  I use mindfulness and relaxation techniques to help my clients ease out of the dark, negative space.  We work together at your pace so that you feel safe and understood.  We will learn to be present in the moment so that you go away with a sense of calm and peace.

I specialize in depression, chronic fatigue, anger management, relationships, and communication.  I use various modalites to work with my clients, such as CBT, mindfulness, self-regulation, and EMDR.  I help my clients build self-awareness and resilience by understanding the connection between the brain, the body and the mind.
