Therapy can be an intimidating journey for many people who are facing challenges in their lives, my goal is to provide support, understanding and empowerment throughout this journey. I have had the opportunity to work with clients of diverse backgrounds, genders and races with a variety of issues such as marital/relationship conflict, sexual abuse, domestic violence,infertility, postpartum depression, anxiety, depression, grief as well as stress.
