About me

Do you find yourself overthinking, struggling to switch off, or feeling overwhelmed by daily life? Perhaps you’re carrying the impact of past experiences, finding it difficult to set boundaries, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and explore what feels important to you.

Hi, I’m Pav.

I am a South Asian therapist who is passionate about supporting adults to develop greater self-understanding and connection with themselves.

As someone from a South Asian background, I understand how culture, identity, upbringing, and family expectations can shape how we relate to ourselves and others.

For many people, these experiences can also make it harder to seek support or prioritise their own wellbeing.

Therapy offers a space to talk openly without judgement, reflect, and process your experiences at your own pace.

I work with adults experiencing trauma, including childhood adversity, relationship trauma, loss, abuse, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, attachment difficulties, low self-esteem, dissociation, and identity-related challenges.

My approach is collaborative, safe, and non-judgemental. Sessions are led by you, and we work at a pace that feels manageable. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before starting therapy.

I offer daytime and evening appointments, with limited weekend availability. Sessions are available online and in person.

Session Fees:

• Face-to-face therapy: £65 per 50-minute session
• Online therapy (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm): £60 per 50-minute session
• Online therapy (evenings and weekends): £65 per 50-minute session

If you’d like to explore whether we might be a good fit, you’re welcome to book a free 15-minute consultation call.
