About me

For many people, counselling is an opportunity to evaluate life decisions, relationships, and attachment patterns. For others it can be their only opportunity to emphasize time for themselves and to experience feeling like they are a priority. I recognize the courage and vulnerability it takes to self-reflect and identify areas which you would like to develop insight and emotional intelligence in. I encourage my clients to attach themselves to the process of personal growth and self-discovery rather than simply the end goal, as this creates opportunities to generate self-compassion and gratitude for your strengths and abilities.

My integrative approach pulls from several different theoretical orientations including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioural therapy all within a trauma-informed lens, in order to best meet my clients’ unique needs and goals.

My goal is to help you shape your resilience and instil confidence that you have the capacity to meet life’s challenges without feeling overwhelmed or stuck.
