Hello, I’m Nitya, and I’m a mental health professional with 10 years of experience in the field. I’m dedicated to helping individuals, couples and families navigate the challenges of mental health and emotional well-being. I have worked globally with a diverse range of South Asian clients; from children and adolescents to adults and seniors.

I understand that starting your journey of healing and choosing to see a therapist takes courage. I cater my sessions to the needs of my clients as every individual’s experiences are unique. My approach to mental health is rooted primarily in person-centered therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
