About me

*Accepting New Clients based on schedule availability and therapist discretion after Phone Consultation / Only women will be accepted as clients / New clients must be LOCATED IN MISSOURI ONLY or have insurance issued in MISSOURI only at this time*

As a South Asian therapist and daughter of immigrants, I understand the cultural challenges around seeking support. In many South Asian communities, talking openly about personal struggles is often stigmatized, and women can feel as though their emotions and experiences aren’t valid. I aim to help remove this stigma, supporting women in seeing that therapy is a path toward health and healing rather than a sign of weakness or shame. My focus is on creating a safe, empowering space where we can explore challenges with a sense of wonder, humor, and positive thinking.

My therapeutic approach blends Western existentialism and Eastern mindfulness, providing a compassionate space for self-discovery and resilience. Therapy with me is a collaborative journey, where sessions flow naturally and explore experiences in a comfortable, open environment. I believe that warmth, optimism, and an open-minded spirit can deepen our connection and make the therapeutic process enjoyable as well as transformative. For those who benefit from structure, I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), offering practical tools like exercises and behavioral techniques.

My practice is exclusively virtual, allowing flexibility in scheduling and providing a private, convenient setting. I’m here to help you explore and celebrate your unique journey with a supportive, empathetic approach that honors both cultural and personal strengths. Let’s work together to create meaningful change in your life.
