Hi, I’m Neha. I’m a relationship therapist, pre-marital counselor and sex therapist that lives in Colorado. I understand and recognize that a person’s mental health concerns or needs are greatly influenced by cultural factors, especially cultural duality. As a first-generation South Asian American, I acknowledge the value behind feeling deeply understood by someone who can acknowledge parts of the cultural constructs embedded in who you are. I hope to create a space for you that allows you to be open, vulnerable, and seen.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are motivated to increase emotional safety, rebuild trust, navigate life transitions (including dating coaching, premarital counseling, healing after infidelity, break ups and divorces), develop open communication, and rebuild emotional and sexual intimacy.
I aspire to advance racial equity within mental health spaces and entered this field to continue conversations around the stigma and shame that may surround people of color seeking therapeutic services. For many, seeking professional services can be seen as a sign of weakness, acting selfish, or many may feel like a therapist won’t “get it”. I’m here to help you break down those barriers, understand yourself, and live authentically.
