I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist with over 14 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. My work is rooted in depth-oriented therapy, which works with Somatic (bodily) experience, affective/emotional states, cognitive processes (values and belief systems) and relational factors to facilitate change while being developmentally informed. I view therapy as a rigorous and collaborative process, one that strengthens emotional capacity, deepens self-understanding, and supports more secure and authentic relationships.

My approach is rooted in ISTDP (Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy), a rigorous, collaborative process that honors the complexity of your emotional life. We don’t just stay on the surface; we look at the visceral ways your body experiences anxiety and the unconscious ways you might be protecting yourself from pain. This work is intensive and deeply relational. Rather than intellectualising around your difficulties, we work together in the here-and-now to identify the internal blocks and patterns that hold you back. By tracking how your body and emotions respond in real-time, we can bypass old patterns of anxiety and self-sabotage, allowing you to access your true feelings and live more authentically.
