About me

Finding the right fit with a therapist can be overwhelming and confusing. If this is your first time or you’ve done this before, It is my intention to work with you, in a non-judgmental, compassionate, and safe environment. Where I can help explore your inner thoughts, feelings, emotions, conflicts and challenging experiences that may have impacted your life. I have a strong passion to help you find your authentic true self, feeling belonged, from your past experiences by un-blending them and reaching your desired goals. Most importantly feeling safe and comfortable sharing your sensitive story with me.

I have experience in trauma, sexual assault, domestic violence, abuse, grief & loss, relationships problems, self-esteem, & complex mental health issues. I have a strong clinical interest in trauma and sexual assault and its impacts on individuals, families, and communities. Using Trauma-Informed Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Inner Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Somatic Experiencing Therapy-Level 1, Attachment Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

I’m passionate with guiding you towards hope in the midst of suffering. I’ve assisted many individuals in overcoming various struggles of life. I’ll compassionately challenge you to identify the negative beliefs you may hold about yourself. I have the drive to un-blend the roots of your pain and discover new strengths that can lead to new transformation.
