About me

When we practice radical acceptance of what is we may move toward what is possible. This slight shift can be the beginning of rebuilding a trust in self that once was lost.

Redefining and reconnecting to an inherent sense of self trust allows you to navigate & regulate emotions better, identify and set clear boundaries, strengthen & improve relationships, increase self-esteem & confidence among many other markers of mental, emotional, spiritual (if this applies) and physical well-being.

Exploring this may call us into gently looking at your past experiences, childhood upbringing, beliefs & values. Beginning to understand the narrative you’re holding with compassion may bring new context around how you got to this point in your journey. This can be the birthplace of the much needed skill set of self compassion necessary to move through this work.

Seeking professional support can be one way to take the first step. I prioritize working with and for BIPOC folks. The frameworks I draw from are rooted in a client centred focus to include:  anti-oppressive, decolonization, trauma informed, holding a feminist lens and embodiment practices (increase capacity in emotional regulation)

I believe in co-operative, creative, consensual sessions whereby your voice, your needs, your boundaries and and goals will guide our time together.
