About me

Welcome! I’m Najlaa Choudhry, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and founder of Naira Healthcare. As a Pakistani Muslim therapist who speaks English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, I understand how deeply cultural identity, faith, and family expectations can shape our experiences.

I support South Asian individuals and couples who are dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and the emotional weight of balancing two worlds. Whether you’re overwhelmed by people-pleasing, feeling caught between generations, or silently doubting your worth, therapy with me offers a space where your experiences are heard and understood.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in cultural humility. I’m here to help you explore what’s getting in the way of feeling whole, empowered, and at peace with yourself. Together, we can untangle the inner criticism, heal emotional wounds, and build a stronger connection to who you truly are—beyond roles, expectations, or perfectionism.

You deserve support that honors all parts of you—your story, your culture, your strength, and your softness. Let’s start your healing journey together.
