I have worked in the field of mental health for over 10 years in various settings both in-patient and community based. I currently work as a BABCP accredited CBT therapist, EMDR therapist and clinical supervisor for qualified and trainee therapists and have worked as a therapist in the past for the NHS and mental health charities such as Mind.
I have been providing CBT since 2016 and since then I have been privileged to have treated over 300 individuals with anxiety and depression with great results. I’ve also completed training in acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy. While I have experience and significant training addressing a wide range of conditions, my specialisation lies in working with individuals who experience stress, PTSD and OCD.
At my private practice ‘Simply Psychotherapy’ I deliver therapy remotely via video call or telephone. In response to the growing need for our services, I have a team of dedicated associate CBT therapists, EMDR therapists, and Counsellors. These professionals are self-employed, fully qualified and have amazing experience and expertise.
Together, we are passionate about providing support for mental health and love doing the work that we do. We love speaking to our clients, our therapy sessions and most importantly seeing the progress that our clients make.
We are very keen on delivering evidence-based support so we ensure that we attend regular training to expand expertise and keep up with best practices in the field.
