About me

Hi, I’m Mukti! It’s nice to meet you.

I believe that the heart of therapy lies in the genuine connections we create. Therapy, to me, is a journey we embark on together, with each session tailored to meet your needs in that moment. My goal is to help you develop a strong sense of self, built on unconditional love and trust. Rooted in the relational model, my practice values human connection, creating a space where your lived experiences are honored and meaningful change can happen.

As a South Asian woman, I know what it’s like to navigate the space between two cultures. Whether you’re figuring out how to honor your family’s expectations while also carving out your own path, or trying to feel at home in both your cultural roots and the world you’re building for yourself—I get it, and you’re not alone. I’m passionate about holding space for the unique experiences that come with being first- or second-generation, including exploring cultural identity, navigating family roles, and moving through life transitions.

Therapy can look and feel different for everyone. My goal is to create a warm and inviting space where you can feel safe to process painful experiences, discover new aspects of yourself, or simply have a place to talk. Together, we’ll work on living a life that feels true and authentic to you.
