About me

Do you ever feel stuck or overwhelmed by the cultural expectations around you? Navigating between different worlds—whether your family’s traditions or your own sense of identity—can be exhausting. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore the complexities of your cultural experience, understand yourself more deeply, and find a path toward more clarity and peace.

As a South Asian, BACP-registered counsellor, I understand the unique challenges of balancing cultural heritage with personal growth. My integrative approach adapts to your needs, drawing from various therapeutic methods, including trauma-informed and body psychotherapy. I work with individuals facing issues like anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, and the impact of family expectations or generational trauma. Whether you’re navigating cultural pressures or seeking to make sense of past experiences, I’m here to support you.

In our sessions, we’ll create a space for you to speak openly, without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll explore patterns in your life, uncover meanings behind your struggles, and work towards change. We’ll look at how cultural influences have shaped your present—and always at a pace that feels right for you.

I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy for adults of all ages. If you’re unsure about where to begin, I invite you to a free consultation where we can talk through your needs and see if I’m the right therapist for you.
