Using a holistic and person-centered approach, I aim to provide therapy through a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens to ensure that my clients feel safe and included. I have provided therapeutic services to people from marginalized communities, different socio-economic backgrounds, the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals with a variety of diagnoses.
I work with individuals (18+) to strengthen self-awareness, identify triggers and symptoms, build coping skills, increase self-esteem and self-compassion, and cultivate supportive and healthy relationships with themselves and others. I specialize in various evidence based therapies, including CBT, EFT, and Person-Centered and Strengths Based Therapy.
