About me

Do you feel overwhelmed or weighed down by your emotions? Are you struggling to connect with others and yourself? Do you need help healing from past trauma? I am here to listen. Together we will explore the challenges you are facing and identify and manage the symptoms you are experiencing. As a therapist, I strive to provide a safe place for all people that promotes growth and self love, and I am here to remind you that you are a priority and you are worth it. As a South Asian therapist, I recognize and value the vulnerability and strength that it takes to reach out for support, especially with the stigma that surrounds mental health.

Using a holistic and person-centered approach, I aim to provide therapy through a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens to ensure that my clients feel safe and included. I have provided therapeutic services to people from marginalized communities, different socio-economic backgrounds, the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals with a variety of diagnoses.

I work with individuals (18+) to strengthen self-awareness, identify triggers and symptoms, build coping skills, increase self-esteem and self-compassion, and cultivate supportive and healthy relationships with themselves and others. I specialize in various evidence based therapies, including CBT, EFT, and Person-Centered and Strengths Based Therapy.
