About me

Life doesn’t always follow a clear path, especially during college and early adulthood. You are balancing academics, family expectations, cultural responsibilities, and personal goals while feeling uncertain about your direction. You feel the pressure to succeed, to be “strong,” and to meet expectations while quietly carrying stress, anxiety, or self-doubt. You might find yourself replaying conversations or wondering, “When will I get over this?” Having learned to push through rather than pause and check in with yourself. It is exhausting.

I specialize in working with students, immigrants, women navigating PCOS, and individuals dealing with complex emotions, relationship challenges, and life changes. Being South Asian and having a cross-cultural background allows me to offer therapy that is not only empathetic and personalized but also respectful of your cultural narrative and lived realities.

My goal is to support you in building a more grounded and authentic relationship with yourself. If this resonates, I’d be happy to connect.
