About me

You might be the one everyone depends on. The strong one. The eldest daughter. The child of immigrants balancing different worlds. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.

Hi, I’m Maya, and I help adults navigate anxiety, relationships, life transitions, and family-of-origin wounds with a warm, collaborative approach grounded in attachment, family systems, and evidence-based practices.

Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware adults who have spent years trying to “figure it out” on their own. They’re often children or grandchildren of immigrants, people balancing multiple cultures or expectations, new or expecting parents, or those working to break generational patterns and create a life that feels different from the one they inherited.

Together, we’ll understand the patterns that shaped you with compassion, build more secure relationships with yourself and others, and create a life that feels more intentional, connected, and authentically your own.
