About me

Hi, how’s it going?

Are you having difficulties with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, childhood trauma, PTSD, or relatonships concerns?  Maybe things are tough or so much happened. Perhaps you’ve experienced difficulties in your life. Are you looking for a counsellor who supports you and can help you through this?

My name is Manpreet and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). You deserve a safe and supportive place to share, heal, or grow. You deserve a private space to be heard and respected. I aim to build a genuine connection with you and we work together to support you.

Counselling is about you and your process. I create a space where you can explore your inner world without shame and judgment. I use researched-based counselling techniques and work at your pace. Everyone is different, and different techniques work with different people. I understand that our experiences and culture shape who we are. I am culturally competent and sensitive and take time to understand your experiences. Although we may have a similar cultural and ethnic identity, I do understand that your experiences are different than my experiences. Counselling is about you.

My philosophy around mental health is that experiencing traumatic or unsafe experiences (that violate your needs and rights) can influence feelings of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, and relationship conflict.  Sometimes we aren’t taught how to, or have the right tools, to take care of ourselves and our mental health.  It’s hard to make space for ourselves if we have busy lives, have internalized shame, or were never allowed to take care of ourselves.  I can support you in this journey.  I can help you create the space and we can work on your mental health and goals together.

You are not alone. Visit my website at www.revivalcounselling.com, to learn about how I can support you. You can also book an appointment online. I’ve made it quick and simple to connect and gain support.
