About me

I am an Integrative Therapist and I work with individuals and couples. I am curious about you, want to understand where you are coming from and what is troubling you.

I have worked with people from many cultures. I specialise in:

–       bereavement (grief and loss)
–       race,caste and diversity
–       issues of identity including gender identity and belonging
–       generaltional and cultural conflict
–       anxiety and depression

I draw on my life experiences in my work and enjoy learning from my clients. I offer an empathic, confidential listening environment where you may feel safe and heard.

I draw on a variety of approaches to help my clients heal and will respond with what best suits you.  My process involves imagery, body work, breathing as well as Psychodynamic, Person Centred, Narrative and Solution focused therapies.

I have a DBS certificate to work with vulnerable people

I work with people over 18, adults, older people and couples.  I’m bi-lingual in Hindi and English. I can work flexibly if necessary. You are welcome to have a chat with me for half an hour free of charge, before you decide to work with me.
