About me

Do you feel anxious, overwhelmed or maybe something just doesn’t feel right? Are you tired of overthinking, old patterns, or feeling like life is exhausting? If any of that sounds familiar, you may be in the right place.

As a South Asian woman, I understand the unique challenges faced by BIPOC communities and provide culturally sensitive therapy that honours your background and lived experience. I was in the corporate world for 15+ years before becoming a therapist, so when clients talk about burnout or feeling lost or stuck in their career, I can truly relate.

I help individuals and couples navigate anxiety and depression, trauma, relationships, identity, and the kind of life transitions that make it feel like everything is falling apart. With couples, I’m interested in understanding what’s underneath the conflict; unmet needs, old wounds, the ways two people can genuinely love each other and still feel unable to connect.

If you’re ready to feel lighter and enjoy life more, I’d love to support you. Book a free consultation so that we can see if we are a good fit.
