About me

I am based in London (UK) and am a UKCP accredited integrative psychotherapist and hold a Clinical Diploma from the Metanoia Institute in Integrative Psychotherapy, and an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy from Middlesex University. I also hold a BSc in Psychology.

Clinical Work Experience : 2002 – ongoing

I have worked in several charity organisations such as MIND, Womans Trust, Place2Be etc as well as the NHS.

I am currently working in Private Practice.

I was based in Old Street, Bank and Stratford, before COVID 19. I am currently conducting all sessions online.  I have clients ranging from a diverse cultural background, with presenting issues such as: relationships,  grief, anxiety,  panic, depression, suicidal thoughts and tendencies, self harm, domestic violence, sexual abuse, childhood survivors of refugee parents, adult survivors of alcoholism in the family, mild to moderate alcoholism and weed addiction, post traumatic stress disorder, cultural identity crisis, workplace stress, unemployment stress, personality disorder traits, and other presentations. I liaise with my external supervisor once a fortnight, and peer supervision once a month.
