About me

As a South Asian adoptee and first-gen immigrant, I’m committed to social justice and equitable care. I believe that therapy is about fostering understanding, acceptance, healing, and growth. I take a collaborative, compassionate approach, creating a safe and open space to explore your identities, experiences, and goals. I know finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming—especially when your experiences don’t fit into the “mainstream.” My priority is building an authentic, warm relationship where you feel truly seen and heard. Together, we’ll tailor our work to support your healing and growth at your own pace.

I’m passionate about supporting marginalized communities, including LGBTQIA+ folks, immigrants, adoptees, and people of color. I specialize in adult autism, ADHD, and complex PTSD. I also have extensive experience working with depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, and substance use concerns. I often work with people navigating relationship issues, life transitions, social anxiety, people pleasing tendencies, and perfectionism, to name a few.

My approach to therapy varies depending on your individual needs. I often use trauma-informed applications of Rogerian (Person-Centered) Therapy, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and will soon be offering Video Game Therapy (ask me about it!). I am a Licensed Social Worker with a MSW from the University of Chicago. Outside of therapy, I enjoy video gaming, herbalism, and artistic expression. I’d love to connect and see if we’re a good fit!
