About me

As a South Asian therapist living in the UK, I understand how our cultural backgrounds, family dynamics, and community expectations can deeply shape our emotional lives. My approach is multicultural, person-centred, relational, and integrative, which means I pay close attention to the layers of identity, migration, belonging, and intergenerational experience that may be part of your story. I tailor our sessions to honour your unique pace, needs, and lived realities.

I aim for our sessions to be a space where you don’t have to explain the “unspoken rules,” cultural pressures, or nuances that are often hard to put into words. Together, we can explore what feels overwhelming, untangle complex family or relational dynamics, and make sense of transitions or identity shifts.

I am a BACP-registered therapist with a master’s degree in counselling psychology, and I bring over 3,000 hours of experience supporting clients in both the UK and India. I offer a 15-minute consultation to explore your needs in therapy and see if working together feels like a good fit.
