About me

I am a psychotherapist who has been successfully operating an international practice since 2010. My focus is on helping individuals recover from narcissistic or emotional abuse, codependency, trauma, and past wounds. I guide clients through the process of self-love and establishing more secure relationships with themselves and others, while exploring the impact of childhood and attachment wounds on adult relationships.

My therapeutic methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic Therapy. I hold an MSc from The University of Nottingham in the UK, a BSc with honors in Psychology, and a Diploma in Counseling and Trauma Therapy.

A key component of my approach is a technique called Self-Parenting, which aims to teach the life skills often missed during childhood and promote the growth of a healthy adult identity. My focus is on strategies that reprogram the inner self and introduce effective coping mechanisms, enabling not just an understanding of traumas, but also their healthy processing and transformation.

Additionally, I have developed a mental health platform to provide education and support for those seeking to overcome their challenges. Therapy in my practice offers a safe, non-judgmental space for learning self-acceptance, awareness, self love, and compassion.

We all have traumas, but they do not define us. Start your healing journey and invest in yourself—it’s the best investment you can make.
