Finding a safe and supportive space where you can share your story, your struggles, and your triumphs can be both healing and empowering. I offer a blend of therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye-Movement Desensitization Therapy (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I provide a strength based approach in treatment planning and follow a person-centered, and trauma informed approach to help you reach your goals.
