Welcome, I am Lila,

You have come to the right place to talk in a safe and confidential space. I am a well-trained and experienced Intercultural psychotherapist and wellbeing life coach. My background is very diverse, international and multicultural. I have been practising since 2006 and am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), AC (Association for Coaching) and work with adult individuals, couples and families.

I deal with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, worries and stress, and I specialise in Relationships which also include international, intercultural, multicultural or interracial.
