Education and Training:
I have completed training in Crisis Intervention, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Attachment Focused Therapy, Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy and Trauma-Informed Care.
Areas of Expertise:
I have over 9 years of experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds who are struggling with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, infidelity, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in helping clients develop long lasting coping skills to manage stress and increase resilience.
Approach to Therapy:
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, client-centered and strengths-based, which means that I prioritize the needs and goals of each individual client and draw on their existing strengths and resources to facilitate growth and healing.
I believe in the power of a supportive therapeutic relationship and strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their experiences.
