About me

I am an Indian Counselling Psychologist with over six years of experience and more than 3000 therapy sessions. My work is primarily Jungian informed and rooted in depth psychology, while also drawing from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, mindfulness and person centred approaches.

I work with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, relationships, grief, self esteem, identity, emotional difficulties and periods of transition or inner conflict. I am particularly interested in understanding the deeper patterns beneath what we experience, rather than only addressing what appears on the surface.

Having grown up and practised in India, I understand how deeply family, culture, relationships, expectations, faith and community can shape our inner lives. At the same time, there is no single South Asian experience. I welcome people across cultures, religions, genders and sexual orientations, and approach each person with curiosity rather than assumptions about what any part of their identity should mean to them.

For me, therapy is a space where you can bring the parts of yourself that are understood by others, as well as those that may not be. Together, we can explore your experiences more deeply, understand recurring patterns and gradually uncover what lies beneath them.
