We all face challenges and difficulties during our lifetime. We may feel alone, stuck, and hopeless. We may feel like the relationships in our life are not where we want them to be. We may feel like our goals are beyond reach. We may feel like we do not know where to start. If you have made it to this page, you are already a step ahead.
I am passionate about working with young adults, couples, and South Asian individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, academic and occupational stress, relationship issues, and life transitions. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I believe in and value utilizing a holistic approach to treatment tailored to you. I aim to provide a warm and safe environment and therapeutic relationship that fosters trust, respect, and growth. Through collaboration, curiosity, and compassion, I can help and support you achieve your goal of well-being. My goal as your therapist is to help you explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, while giving you the skills and tools that can help you overcome your challenges.
Further, being a South Asian therapist is very important to me. It was not until recently that mental health has received the value and recognition it deserves in our community. I understand the strength it takes for you to address and prioritize your mental health, especially when it is surrounded by deeply rooted stigma. So if you have made it this far, I would love to support you on this journey.
If you think we may be a good fit, please contact me for a free consultation. I hope we can work together and get you to a place of mental, physical, and emotional wellness.
