About me

You’ve been thinking about seeing a therapist for a while now, perhaps months or even years. Maybe you thought you were managing well, but then COVID happened. Let’s face it, life can feel chaotic and messy at times. This may lead us to feeling overwhelmed, confused and lacking a sense of direction. We may feel burdened with anxiety, worry, fear or anger regarding the wellbeing of ourselves or relationships that we care about. In an effort to be helpful, family or friends may try to give advice, but that may leave us feeling even worse. This can make reaching out for support all the harder.

As your therapist, I will work with you to process your concerns, identify barriers to achieving your goals and explore healthier coping strategies. I will gently challenge you as needed in order to help you move towards your desired goals. I embrace diversity and uphold a non-judgmental anti-oppressive lens.

Taking the first step to connecting with a therapist can be scary/uncomfortable. For this reason, I offer a free phone consultation to see if we are a good fit (with no obligation to book an appointment). In order to be accessible, I offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments in my office and online. Click on my website to learn more about me.
