About me

My practice, Inward Journey Therapy, is about travelling into the depths of your own heart and mind to help uncover your needs, goals, and purpose. I am passionate about helping people heal and rediscover connection with themselves as well as others. I am motivated by my belief that people are resilient and we all have the capacity to create positive change in our lives. Although change is a natural part of life, change can be stressful, difficult and overwhelming. My role is to help others create change in a way that feels doable by examining thoughts and behaviors that keep us stuck and prevent us from moving forward.
Developing a thorough practical understanding of several different modalities, including CBT, IFS, mindfulness-based, solution-focused, attachment-based, emotion-focused and others allows me to pull together family-centered therapeutic services that are unique to each case.

Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, anger management, suicidal ideation, relationship challenges, addiction, parent-child conflict, gender identity struggles, inter-cultural/intergenerational conflict or another mental health concern, psychotherapy can prove to be an effective way of invoking positive change in your life.

I am curious about the layers of our experiences and how this shapes the viewpoint with which we look at ourselves and the world. My goal is to help my clients enhance the quality of their lives. Inward Journey Therapy is about taking steps towards a life that you find meaningful and joy in. Let’s embark upon this journey together.
