Relationships can be a source of joy, connection, and attachment as well as a source of distress, disconnection and chaos. Therapy is all about how we experience our relationships and how we can learn to engage in them differently.

I believe that people are resilient and we all have the capacity to create positive change in our lives. Although change is a natural part of life, change can be stressful, difficult and overwhelming. My role is to help others create change in a way that feels doable by examining thoughts and behaviors that keep us stuck and prevent us from moving forward.
Therapy uses unique interventions that help interrupt unhelpful patterns. The most important relationship we have is the one with ourselves and building a stronger relationship with yourself  is a foundation to cocreating a  nourishing relationship with others.

As your therapist, I want to help you cultivate meaningful relationships that you find joy in.
I am curious about the layers of our experiences and how this shapes the way we look at ourselves and the world. My goal is to help my clients enhance the quality of their lives through focusing on how they experience relationships and the steps they can take to feel a greater sense of purpose and harmony within them.
