About me

Welcome to my profile! I’m Julianna, a compassionate and inclusive psychotherapist based in Ontario. I’m here to help you work through the “grey” stuff going on in your life right now and help you feel like you again.

I specialize in supporting individuals who are struggling with body image, relationships & boundaries, caregiving & parenthood, career stress, and finances. My therapy sessions offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.

As a woman of colour, I have insight into the South Asian experience – but with a twist. I’m of mixed race which gives me a deeper understanding of what you might be experiencing and the types of support you may need. I bring a BIPOC lens to my work and am honoured to support individuals from all walks of life. I would love the opportunity to learn more about you and your story!

I’m also a firm believer that what happens outside of the therapy room is just as important as what happens within it. As part of my therapy practice, I provide each client with personalized resources and tools to further support their mental health journey. Having worked in the social services landscape in Toronto for 5+ years, I have a deep understanding of the communities and systems we live in and I’m eager to share this knowledge with my clients.

Please reach out to schedule a complimentary intro session if you think we could be a good fit. I look forward to supporting you on your journey!
