Jasmine believes the therapeutic process is a unique, powerful, active, creative, collaborative, and professional relationship that has the potential for individuals to feel a sense of safety, non judgment, validation, empowerment, self-awareness, and self-acceptance. She has a passion for the arts and social justice and utilizes an eclectic approach of Multicultural, Feminist, Existential, DBT, IFS and EMDR therapy that can help foster change, awareness, acceptance and growth.

Professional Background
Jasmine has experience working with cancer patients and caregivers, elderly adults, women and LGBTQ populations in regards to chronic pain, illness, health, loss, grief, life transitions, relationships, caregiving and explorations of race, culture, sexual orientation and gender identity.
