About me

I am a counsellor and a clinical supervisor and a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy). I provide a non-judgmental, safe and confidential space where you can be at ease to explore your thoughts, feelings & emotions and be able to get clarity in understanding them.

I provide emotional support to those affected by domestic abuse within the culture and provide short and long term therapy. I cover other areas such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, loneliness, divorce & separation, self-harm, suicide thoughts, cultural adjusting, relationship issues, PTSD and stress.

I have a passion for looking at individuals beliefs system through how they choose to respond to situations and their behaviour. Which then leads to unraveling of the childhood programming that formed into beliefs overtime.

I provide supervision to trainee counsellors and newly qualified counsellors. Each session is 90mins long and can be provided in evenings and weekends.
