About me

I am a Muslim Pakistani-American. I do this work because I believe all individuals are of value and deserving of unconditional care and support.

I help trauma survivors embody love and creative expression.

I am a holistic, social justice-oriented, mindfulness based, and compassion-focused therapist who utilizes somatic and expressive art practices.

I am trained in EMDR and Ketamine Assisted Therapy.

My passion is in serving individuals who are seeking to cultivate inner peace, build self-trust, nourish meaningful connections, and create joy in their lives.
