With a Masters in Social Work, and over 7 years of direct clinical experience, I identify as a South Asian individual therapist at KG & Associates, completing consultations, comprehensive assessments and therapy with teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, academic performance/attendance, anger, interpersonal trauma, grief, addiction, relationship issues and parental separation/divorce.

I provide personalized evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Emotionally Regulation and Relapse Prevention Therapies, customized to each client’s unique age, strengths and circumstances, while facilitating deep healing experiences that reframe and shift sabotaging pain and patterns utilizing internal resources and resilience.
