About me

Sometimes, life challenges us with painful experiences that can leave us feeling overwhelmed. These deep and untreated wounds can hinder one’s ability to be their true authentic self and live an empowered life. My goal is to provide my clients with a safe space to explore, challenge, and remove harmful patterns in their lives and create transformational healing. Using a collaborative approach, I walk alongside my clients as they develop new awareness, empathy, and meaning in their lives. To enhance life satisfaction, I strive to unburden my clients from anxiety, depression, relationship distress, unhelpful narratives, and trauma.

As a first-generation Indian American, I recognize the importance of being heard by someone who understands your background and culture. I am passionate about working with Asian-American communities, first-generation Americans, couples, and adolescents. I create personalized plans to cater to each client’s unique background, goals, and strengths.

We are resilient and capable of healing despite our life hardships. As your therapist, I would be honored to work with you as you reflect, grow, and persevere.
