About me

Hi there!

Sometimes the hardest question isn’t “What’s wrong?” but “What do I actually want?”

If you’ve spent years meeting expectations, caring for others, adapting to difficult circumstances, or simply doing what was necessary to get by, you may find yourself feeling disconnected from your own voice. Therapy can be a place to reconnect with that voice.

I help people untangle who they are from who they’ve been expected to be. Together, we’ll explore the stories, relationships, cultural messages, and survival strategies that have shaped your life while building practical tools and deeper self-understanding. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and relational, balancing curiosity and insight.

I enjoy working with adults at various life stages navigating questions of purpose and belonging. I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ folx, artists, students, first-generation individuals, and those navigating multiple cultural worlds as they traverse periods of uncertainty and growth.

As a first-generation South Asian woman, and artist, I understand how identity, family, systems of power, and community can shape our reflections and how we move. I strive to co-create a space that feels attuned, steady, and human. One where there is room for both depth and laughter.

If you’re ready to pull up a chair, I’d love to connect.
