About me

“It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.” — J. Krishnamurti.

You are not broken. Many of our struggles are deeply human responses to painful experiences and systems never built to hold our full humanity, especially for BIPOC, queer, and immigrant communities. As a South Asian woman shaped by many cultures, I know the pain and complexity of living in between identities and spaces, yet never fully belonging. If you are feeling anxious, disconnected, stuck, lost, or untethered, you are not alone. Together, we can begin the journey toward a more authentic, liberated, and connected way of being.

As a therapist, I will support your journey by creating space for all parts of you, especially those silenced, hurt, forgotten and seeking belonging. Together, we will move beyond perfection and performance, honour the wisdom of your lived experiences and the communities and cultures that shaped you, and make way for more meaningful connections with others.

My approach is relational and decolonising in nature, and grounded in intersectional feminist, existential and psychodynamic practices. I have a warm and gently challenging style, and you will often find me using humour and analogies during our time together! Finding a therapist who truly ‘clicks’ with you can take time. If anything I have said resonates with you, I invite you to reach out.

The best way to reach me is via email. I will respond to your email within 24 hours!

I support clients navigating cultural identity, trauma, grief, life transitions, body image, and interpersonal relationships through a decolonizing, culturally responsive lens. We'll begin by building safety, to explore your challenges at a deeper emotional, cultural and existential level. The goal isn't just to feel 'better' but to feel 'more' so that you can access more authenticity, creativity and freedom as therapy progresses.
