About me

I trained and worked as a listening volunteer with The Samaritans, it was here that I learned the value of being there to listen alongside someone, with empathy and acceptance in a safe space.

This is the foundation of my counselling style.

I am trained as an Integrative counsellor; this means I have training in more than one approach of counselling and can adapt my approach to better suit my client.

My core belief is that each of us are the expert of ourselves. I am not the expert of you, but I can help you explore and ask questions that you may not have thought about to find your answers or simply awareness and calm.

I bring my experiences of being surrounded by more than one culture and all that brings.

If this resonates with you and you feel that there are many parts to you and your life, I can provide a place of safety where you can bring them all out into the open. We can look at how/when they serve you and look at feelings of anxiety and isolation that can arise.

I also can explore with you any recurring patterns that may impact life and relationships, to enrich connection and communication.

In collaboration, we can explore what it means for you to feel seen and feel heard with a feeling of belonging, so that you can live authentically, which can build resilience and autonomy. All of which ripples out to healthy relationship with yourself and others, with awareness of well-being.

My fees are:

Initial meeting free

Individual £55/ session

Couples £65/session
