About me

I specialize in culture, identity, and relationship work. I offer couples counseling and focus on developing secure and healthy attachments, addressing cultural and racial experience differences, and managing a multicultural home. I assist clients in processing complex trauma through somatic body-centered and narrative methods. While working with individuals, I use EMDR techniques to assist them in their healing process. I also offer relationship coaching with an anti-hierarchy, anti-oppression framework with an emphasis on liberation psychology and healing the colonial cultural and psychological wound.

If you are finding yourself struggling with the pace of life, struggling with what it means to be a parent in these times, with your relationships, or dealing with anxieties around who you are and what you want in this life, I am to assist you in the work of healing and rediscovering your authentic self in a supportive and caring therapeutic or coaching relationship.

I love art, walking with my dogs, playing with my children, and traveling. We are passionate about sustainable living as a family and try to do what we can to do our part in healing and creating a caring and responsive environment in our home and world.
