About me

With over 15 years experience working with mental health, I have supported many people on their path to recovery.  My main therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I specialise in working with depression and anxiety, as well as low self-esteem, perfectionism, body image issues and past traumas. As a British Indian psychological therapist, I am deeply aware of how person’s cultural identity and life experiences shape their beliefs, values, and coping mechanisms, and that intergenerational trauma can have a lasting impact on mental health. With a culturally sensitive and empathetic approach, I work collaboratively with clients to understand and navigate the unique intersections of  their cultural background with their mental health needs.

Using cognitive behavioural therapy, we will work together to identify the unhelpful patterns leading to your distress and open up new ways to help you cope better with life’s inevitable challenges. Our sessions will be tailored to meet your individual needs. As a therapist, I am compassionate and solution focused, to support you in reaching your goals and create lasting change.

I offer sessions in person (Bloomsbury, London) and remote via video link. Sessions are 50 minutes, weekly.  £120 per session.
