I firmly believe that each and every one of us has the strength and power to transform our lives in a meaningful way. My goal as a therapist is to empower you and work collaboratively to reach your desired goals. I strongly think that each person’s journey is unique, and I would be honoured to help you build a fulfilling life that is in line with your ideals.

I have experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship problem, self-esteem and PTSD. I use a combination of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindful Based Intervention. Together we can work on developing coping mechanisms that would help you feel empowered.

As a South Asian immigrant, it can be difficult to ask for mental help. I can help you manage stress, difficult emotions, and troubling thoughts more effectively. I approach my work from a strengths-based, culturally aware, and trauma-informed perspective. In order to find the right fit for you, I collaboratively work by merging several theories and modalities! I am flexible and creative in a way that works for you because therapy doesn’t have to follow a set format. My mission is to support you in feeling strong, grounded, self-aware, and empowered enough to live the life you want, regardless of where you are in the transition process.
