Haniah practices from an anti-oppressive trauma informed lens. She has expertise in working with teens and young adults (15-35) struggling with transitions in school, social environments, anxiety ,low mood, daily stress and emotion regulation challenges . She will work closely with you to develop a treatment plan that speaks to your individual therapeutic goals and needs. Haniah works with acceptance and compassion, to understand the challenges that are getting in the way of you achieving a life that makes you feel fulfilled. With several years of experience, Haniah is capable of providing multiple approaches to your treatment plan.

Haniah is a registered Social Worker with a Masters of Social Work from the University of Toronto, with a focus in mental health. Haniah completed training specific to cognitive, mindfulness and emotion regulation challenges with adults and young people. Haniah has spent many years providing therapy in various settings including community and hospitals.
