About me

*Now accepting new clients + offering weekend availability*

I am a millennial, Sri Lankan-Tamil TCK psychotherapist who deeply understands the challenge of adapting to a new culture while trying to preserve the values of your native culture. Using my own experience of growing up in Europe as a South Asian man, I will help you navigate the challenges of living “in between” distinct cultures and will support you in developing an identity that truly reflects your authentic self.

I specialize in working with young adults, couples, and parents grappling with anxiety, identity issues, depression, family conflicts, immigration-related challenges, and loneliness. I also hold a special expertise in helping South Asian families navigate relational and cultural clashes.

Through utilizing a blend of emotion-focused, mindfulness-based, and cognitive behavioral techniques, I will guide you towards emotional healing that begins internally and radiates outward. Together, we will work to dismantle your barriers to connection, enabling you to build meaningful relationships and rediscover true fulfillment again.
