I am a providing free 20-minute consultation, accessible Tele Mental-Health Services via video or telephone call

My rate for 1-hour session is $100 and offer a sliding scale to those who can not afford therapy amid pandemic

I like to work with you at your pace and value your readiness for change. Mental well-being has always been a priority to me, and I hope to help others find their own well-being and peace themselves. I like to provide a safe space for my clients where they are able to share, explore, and nurture their own mental well-being.

In my approach, I aim to help clients become more self-aware, to explore the strengths they possess, and most of all to develop coping strategies that will make them more resilient during adversity. I believe that people have the desire to change and I can help and support them through the change process by being compassionate and accepting.

I have experience working with with children, pre-teens, teens, young adults and adults. I also work with couples and families. In my therapeutic approach, I aim to help clients become more self-aware, to explore the strengths they possess, and most of all to develop coping strategies that will make them more resilient during adversity. I use an integrative approach through utilizing tools from evidence-based therapies such as Somatic Experiencing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I tailor my approach based on client’s needs and provide the support they need throughout their journey towards self-actualization. Most importantly, I like to provide a safe space for my clients where they are able to share, explore, and nurture their own mental well-being. I prioritize working collaboratively with clients, being transparent and respectful, and building a relationship of trust and mutual understanding and liking. I believe that people have the desire to change and I can help and support them through the change process by being compassionate and accepting.
