About me

You’ve spent a long time holding space for everyone else; navigating cultures, relationships, expectations, and systems that have never quite left room for you. And somewhere along the way you’ve lost touch with your own needs, your own voice. You might find yourself feeling lost, overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from who you are and what you want.

Things don’t have to stay this way. What could life feel and look like for you if you had the space to just…be?

With me you’ll find a place where you don’t have to overexplain or teach me about your experience. A space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and get clearer about who you are, what you want, and your hopes for the future.

Clients often arrive feeling lost, conflicted, and unheard. They leave clearer, lighter, and more themselves.

Here, all parts of you are welcome, seen, heard, and honoured.

How I work

I work relationally, which means the therapeutic relationship itself becomes part of the healing process.

I draw on and blend together different approaches, working with you to find what helps create the space you need to speak your truth, discover your own capacity for change, and live more authentically. Central to how I work is care and attunement to your cultural, spiritual, racialised, and lived experiences.

In sessions this might look like thinking about your here and now, exploring how your past shapes your present, or using mindfulness and creativity (art-making, movement, reflective exercises) to help you get in touch with your inner world when words feel hard to find.

Get in touch

Taking that first step can feel like a lot, but you don’t have to have it all figured out before you reach out.

I offer a free 20-minute consultation call where we can explore what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you have, and help you get a sense of how I work. This is a no-pressure chat to see if we might be a good fit.

Please get in touch to book in a consultation or if you have any questions.
