About me

*Accepting new clients* In our work together you will have a chance to learn more about yourself, grow compassion towards yourself and understand your triggers better. I believe that our bodies are constantly giving us messages. These messages are an invitation to help us understand our needs better.

As a South Indian living in the US, I’m familiar with the struggles of navigating different cultural values. I approach conversations on cultural identity, boundary setting, dealing with relational conflict and so on in a way that is authentic to you while also keeping your background in mind. I use a trauma-informed lens to therapy.

I enjoy working with BIPOC individuals, people with immigrant backgrounds, people with marginalized identities, teens and young adults. I have 7 years of experience working with children of various ages and collaborating with their families. Reaching out for support is a vulnerable process, I applaud you for your courage in doing so.
