About me

I think everybody deserves the right to access mental health services that meet their needs. It can feel like a confusing experience trying to find the right therapist for you. I’m here to work with you to figure out what you may need, and if you already know what you need, to work with you in thinking about how we can get there. I am passionate about offering clients a safe and confidential space and an approach that works with them.

I have over nine years of experience working in mental health with children, adolescents and adults from a diverse range of backgrounds. Due to my research and clinical experiences, I have specialist experience working with difficulties associated with race, culture, diversity, sexuality and gender identity. I also work with general mental health difficulties such as work and non-work related stress, anxiety, low mood, depression, trauma, grief and relationship difficulties. For a full list of my areas of expertise, please scroll down to see the areas of counselling I work with or visit my website.

I am a registered Counselling Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS). I have trained in Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Systemic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies. Please note, I can only work with clients based within the U.K. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
